Build · Evolve · Operate
Mission control for the software your business runs on
We map the software you're already paying for, build a connected system around what your team actually uses, and run it, so you can cancel the rest.
2-minute questionnaire · instant plan suggestion
Proof, not promises: this site runs on a system we built and operate ourselves, health-checked every 15 minutes, exactly like everything we ship for clients.
One system at a time
Everything a system needs to live in production
Most AI shops are built to ship and leave. We're built to ship and stay, so every build includes what keeps it alive afterward.
Custom-built
Live in weeks
Health-checked 24/7
Security by architecture
A defined catalog
Always evolving
One person deep
The whole lifecycle
One partner from first idea to every day after
Build
From discovery to a live system: AI reasoning, automation, and integrations designed around how your business actually works.
Evolve
Ideas don't stop at launch. Scoped evolution sprints ship new capabilities as fast as you can dream them up.
Operate
Monitoring every 15 minutes, security updates, credential rotation, and a live status view your team can check anytime.
Your system's live ops view
All systems healthyIllustrative, every client gets a live status view like this in their portal.
The difference
Why work with us instead of everyone else
Most AI shops are built to ship and leave. We're built to ship and stay.
After launch
Typical:Handoff, final invoice, goodbye. The maintenance problem is yours now.
NYBITZ:That's when our job starts: 15-minute health monitoring, security updates, and key rotation on schedule.
Pricing
Typical:“It depends.” Hourly meters, surprise overages, scope creep.
NYBITZ:A defined service catalog: your proposal prices the exact scope, fixed, before any work starts.
Who you talk to
Typical:Salesperson → project manager → developer → support queue.
NYBITZ:One person. The one on your discovery call writes the code and answers your tickets.
Your visibility
Typical:Status meetings when you ask for them; otherwise, a black box.
NYBITZ:Your own portal: projects, proposals, invoices, and a live “your system is healthy” readout.
New ideas
Typical:Change-order negotiations and re-scoping meetings.
NYBITZ:Fixed-price evolution sprints: one idea in, one shipped capability out.
The catalog
A defined service catalog
Every engagement is built from these, scoped and priced in your proposal, fixed before any work starts.
Discovery & AI Roadmap
Structured discovery of your operations, pain points, and highest-leverage AI opportunities.
What to expect
a focused working session, then within one week a prioritized written roadmap, a clickable demo of your top opportunity, and a fixed-price build proposal. Fully credited toward your first build if we proceed together.
Intelligent System Build
Full-scope design, build, and launch of a custom intelligent system: AI reasoning, automation, integrations, and a hardened deployment. Scope comes straight from your discovery roadmap: one core system with up to five integrated services or workflows included, and larger footprints delivered in phases from the same roadmap.
What to expect
a private preview link from the first week so you watch it take shape, progress you can click through instead of status meetings, a security and data-handling review before launch, and hands-on training for your team on day one.
Feature Evolution Sprint
A scoped sprint that takes a live system further: one new capability, integration, or workflow, shipped as one complete increment. Each sprint covers one capability and touches up to two external integrations; bigger ideas become additional sprints.
What to expect
scope agreed in writing up front, a working preview before final ship, one revision round included, delivery in one to two weeks, and zero disruption to your running system.
Care Plan Essential
Managed operations for one system we built: the foundation tier.
What to expect
your system health-checked every 15 minutes with problems found by us, not your customers; dependency and security updates applied on schedule; credentials rotated on schedule; up to 2 hours of incident response included monthly if something breaks, additional time billed at the ad hoc rate; and a plain-English monthly report covering uptime, changes made, and what we recommend next.
Care Plan Professional
Everything in Essential, covering up to three systems, plus room for them to keep improving.
What to expect
priority support with next-business-day response, up to 4 hours of improvements and adjustments folded in each month (small fixes and tweaks handled without change orders), up to 4 hours of incident response included monthly on top of that if something breaks, additional time billed at the ad hoc rate, and unused hours reported transparently on your monthly summary.
Care Plan Scale
Everything in Professional, sized for the systems your business depends on daily; larger footprints get custom-quoted coverage.
What to expect
same-day response target during business hours, up to 8 hours of incident response included monthly if something breaks, additional time billed at the ad hoc rate, a quarterly strategy review to plan the next quarter's evolution together, and up to 10 hours of built work every month toward whatever the review prioritizes.
Consulting & Support (ad hoc)
Advisory, integration help, or support work outside a care plan, billed hourly.
What to expect
a clear estimate before any work starts, time tracked in 15-minute increments, and a written summary of what was done and why with every invoice.

The name
Why “NYBITZ”?

Robyn Albracht
Founder
NYBITZ is one person deep on purpose, and that person is Robyn. When she was a little girl, she and her mom called each other by their full names said backwards whenever they were feeling silly. “Robyn Wichinsky” became Nybor Ykhnihciw, which off the tongue comes out something like “Nybor Yikhnitzu.” Squish it down and you get NYBITZ.
It happens to rhyme with kibbutz, which comes from a Hebrew root meaning “to gather, to collect.” A kibbutz gathers people to work the land together. NYBITZ gathers the scattered bits of a business, the seventeen spreadsheets, the sticky notes, the process that lives in one person's head, into a single intelligent system that runs it all.
The silly backwards name became the whole business model: collect the pieces, make them work together.
Robyn Wichinsky is Robyn Albracht now. The married name changed; the backwards nickname never did.
Questions
Answered before you ask
01What exactly do you build?+
Custom AI-powered business systems: client management, intake automation, operations dashboards, customer communications, internal tools, designed around your specific workflows and integrated with the tools you already use.
02What does it cost?+
Every engagement is assembled from a defined service catalog and priced in your proposal: fixed, in writing, before any work starts. The questionnaire suggests a starting plan matched to your budget range; the discovery call turns it into an exact number.
03Do I need to be technical?+
No. You bring the business knowledge; we translate it into a system. You'll always talk to the person who writes the code. No interpreters, no ticket queues.
04What happens after launch?+
That's when our job starts. Care Plans cover 15-minute health monitoring, security updates, credential rotation, and support, plus a portal where you see your system's status, projects, and invoices anytime.
05Who owns the system?+
You do. The system is built for your business and belongs to your business. If you ever leave, you take it with you. We just believe you'll stay because the operating is that good.
06How is my data protected?+
Isolation is enforced in the database itself, not just the app, so accounts can only ever see their own records. Credentials live in encrypted vaults, secrets rotate on schedule, and files are served through short-lived signed links.
